That Laptop is How Much?

Google Chrome Book is available through a number of brands, like HP, Samsung, Dell, and many more. They are light weight and some have exciting features such as the flip style, but what grabs the attention of most buyers is the low price.

When a laptop starts at a little over a hundred dollars…it raises the question is it worth it?

What is the attraction to Google Chrome Book? Google targeted young and older computer users that needed simple laptop features that offered the beginner a way to search online, check emails and watch videos.

Without all the bells and whistles like other laptops, top name brands are able to build the computer with Google Chrome features and keep the costs down.

It doesn’t have huge memory storage.

And it isn’t designed for gaming.

What it’s perfect for though is young children to learn how to use a laptop. Or Grandparents wanting to check FaceBook, use YouTube, check emails and Skype with family and friends.

Chrome Books can range from $169 to $999 depending on the model and brand. The higher priced Chrome Books have a few more features for display, laptop size, and other options, but it is still low in memory storage, design features or gaming capabilities.

Most students and businesses need other features such as Microsoft Office to write papers, log and track items on Excel, design Power Point presentations and the storage to keep it all organized. So Google Chrome Book may not be the best choice for them.

Like any product you buy, understanding the features and benefits help you make a sound decision of which product is best suited for you. Asking questions and searching online is a process.
